A hog roast is one of our most popular options for evening food – and even occasional day food at Long Furlong – and our in-house caterer Circa make a particularly good one!
Instead of self-service baps that you might expect, our hog roasts are more of a luxury option. For a hog roast wedding breakfast Circa serve an lavish array of salads and sides on each table in our barns while the hog is cooked under cover in our central courtyard before being transported to our kitchen where it is carved and then served by waiting staff to our guests.
If you would prefer to have a more casual evening hog roast this is also a great option and can be cooked in our courtyard and then served buffet or hawker waitress style to keep your guests fuelled for a night of festivities. For larger or perhaps hungrier wedding parties your hog roast can even accompany many of Circa’s other unique bbq evening food options such as retro street food carts or a Lebanese grill which you can view here.
