Buddhalicious were regional finalists in the 2015 Wedding Industry Awards and we at Long Furlong Barn have had the pleasure of hearing the bands large repertoire at various events and weddings over the past year at our venue.

They consist of 3 or 4 member, the first being Beau Barnard who a professional base player, singer and the band leader. He has recorded, co-written and and co-produced with some of the biggest names in the music industry including highly acclaimed and award winning producer Paul Epworth who has worked with the likes of Paul McCartney, Adele and Bruno Mars.

Vocals are provided by Rosie Cunningham who, since graduating from The Brighton Institute of Modern Music, has toured abroad for Best British Female Blues singer/songwriter Jo Harman as well as singing with many functions bands in Brighton and London.

On saxaphone is the musical talents of Piers Green, a London based session saxophonist who has worked with the likes of JTQ, The Snitch and Clark Tracey.

Between them, the band have a great amount of experience and talent which they have combined to create Buddhalicious.

When hiring the band you are able to choose from the vast range of songs they cover including funk, soul and modern pop, as well as choosing up to 5 new songs. (You can watch their live performance here). They play using a 3 piece band as well as a professional background track so you get the sound of a 8 piece band for half the price it would generally cost.

You are then able to decide on the duration and timing of the music, with either two lots of one hour sets or three lots of forty minute sets. Not only is your evening music provided by the band when you book Buddhalicious but they also include a DJ for use in between and after the band, and full PA and lighting for the stage and dance floor.

You then also have the optional extra of booking pianist Elaine from Love Piano who can provide music for your ceremony, welcome drinks etc. Overall when you book with Buddhalicious your music can be covered for the entire day through to the evening while set lists are both flexible on timings and totally open to personalising.
